We are Canada’s leading online incorporation service and require 1 fullâ€'time corporate paralegal for a 12 month contract (maternity leave replacement) at our Montreal downtown offices. The position start date is flexible between February 15 and March 1. There is a potential for renewal of contract at the end of the term. As the ideal candidate, you will possess a legal assistant / paralegal diploma, be bilingual (English and French), be comfortable in a computer/Internet environment and a willingness to learn. Corporate law experience is an asset but not required as training will be provided. The salary reflects mid-level position and is commensurate with experience. Medical and dental benefits offered.
