Responsibilities Draft court documents, affidavits, briefs, and correspondence Prepare financial statements and financial disclosure Prepare, serve, and electronically file court materials Manage deadlines, disclosure, and day-to-day file requirements Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff Qualifications 2+ years of Ontario family law clerk experience preferred Strong knowledge of Ontario family court procedures Experience drafting court materials and preparing financial statements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Resourceful, accountable, and able to work independently and collaboratively

Requirements
