Responsabilités Préparation et dépôt de documents judiciaires, incluant les cahiers de pièces, cahiers de sources et documents relatifs aux requêtes. Coordination et soutien lors des interrogatoires préalables, audiences, procès et rencontres avec les clients. Préparation de listes de documents, affidavits, tableaux d’engagements, résumés de transcription et autres documents juridiques. Gestion des dossiers, des documents et des échéanciers, avec identification proactive des prochaines étapes. Recherches juridiques et recherches auprès des registres officiels, notamment SOQUIJ, le Registraire des entreprises, le Registre foncier et le RDPRM. Exigences 8 à 10 ans d’expérience à titre de parajuriste en litige. Expérience en litiges commerciaux complexes, actions collectives ou enquêtes et différends réglementaires, un atout. Solide connaissance des procédures de litige à tous les niveaux d’instance. Bilinguisme français et anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit. Rigueur, autonomie, excellent sens de l’organisation, jugement professionnel et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et des délais serrés. Avantages Salaire compétitif. Responsibilities Preparation and filing of court documents, including books of exhibits, books of authorities and motion materials. Coordination and support for examinations for discovery, hearings, trials and client meetings. Preparation of lists of documents, affidavits, undertakings charts, transcript summaries and other legal documents. File, document and deadline management, including proactively identifying next steps. Legal research and searches through official registries, including SOQUIJ, the Registraire des entreprises, Registre foncier and RDPRM. Requirements 8 to 10 years of experience as a litigation paralegal. Experience with complex commercial litigation, class actions or regulatory investigations and disputes is an asset. Strong knowledge of litigation procedures at all levels of court. Fluently bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
