Company Description Founded in 2016, Guardian Law Group LLP is a litigation-focused law firm serving clients in Calgary and Regina. The firm represents individuals in a range of matters, including personal injury, real estate transactions, and complex disputes requiring strong advocacy. Role Description This full-time, on-site Paralegal (Litigation) role is based in Calgary, AB. The paralegal will support lawyers with all stages of litigation, including drafting and organizing pleadings, affidavits, correspondence, and court forms. Daily responsibilities include supporting our team of lawyers, client management, scheduling, and coordinating with courts and opposing counsel, and communicating with clients to obtain information and provide updates under lawyer supervision. The paralegal will also assist with e-filing, trial preparation binders, and other administrative tasks that contribute to efficient and organized litigation files. Qualifications Paralegal diploma from a recognized school (SAIT, etc.) preferred. Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting pleadings, affidavits, disclosure documents, and court forms. Attention to detail in Document Review, with experience organizing, summarizing, and tracking evidence and file materials. Clear, professional Communication skills for working with lawyers, clients, courts, and opposing counsel, both verbally and in writing. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple deadlines and maintain accurate records Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and commitment to client service and confidentiality. Requirements
