The intern will monitor litigation files, coordinate with external law firms, and conduct legal research to support the Specialty Insurance Claims department. They will also prepare litigation summaries, manage document requests, and assist with the financial tracking of claims.

The Law Clerk will draft and review corporate documents related to mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations while conducting due diligence and maintaining corporate records. They will also perform legal research, prepare organizational charts, and support the team in a fast-paced environment.

The Paralegal will review various contracts and agreements to assess contractual risk transfer, indemnification, and insurance requirements for public sector clients. Additionally, they will conduct legal research, monitor legislative developments, and create educational resources to support internal teams and clients.

The Law Clerk will manage insurance defence litigation files, including drafting pleadings, managing document productions, and preparing for trials or arbitrations. They will also coordinate independent examinations and maintain effective communication with counsel, clients, and court officials.
