We are seeking an experienced Senior Law Clerk to join our growing law firm and provide direct support to a senior lawyer, primarily in the areas of Wills & Estates and Corporate/Commercial law, with opportunities to assist with other legal matters as required. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support to senior counsel on wills, estates, and corporate/commercial matters. Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents, correspondence, and closing materials. Assist with corporate records, incorporations, amendments, minute books, and other corporate filings. Assist with estate administration, including preparation and organization of estate documentation. Conduct legal and corporate searches and assist with due diligence. Manage files, deadlines, client communications, and administrative matters with minimal supervision. Provide general support to the firm on ancillary legal and administrative matters as required. Qualifications 10+ years of relevant law clerk experience, preferably with experience in Wills & Estates and/or Corporate/Commercial law. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with standard legal software and Microsoft Office. Professional, reliable, and client-focused. Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and seeking guidance from counsel when appropriate. What We Offer Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience.
