As a growing and dynamic firm, we are interested in hearing from qualified applicants like you who are interested in joining our friendly and collaborative Winnipeg office. The successful candidate will work in our corporate services department to provide service to both external and internal clients.

This is a full time permanent position, hours of work are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing various administrative tasks including invoicing, file opening/closing and reminder statements
  • Maintaining the corporate database and physical corporate file records
  • Assisting with scanning documents and adding to the corporate database and document management system
  • Reviewing, preparing and filing Annual Returns (Manitoba and Federal) and Business Name Renewals
  • Conducting Corporate Registry searches
  • Preparing Annual Resolutions
  • Preparing correspondence and/or reporting to clients/agents
  • Filing forms with Corporate Registries
  • Performing other administrative support functions as assigned

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional office or legal environment
  • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and document management software
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills required
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Demonstrated initiative to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
