Our Fredericton Office has an immediate opening for a Records & Facility Management person. This position is permanent,

∙Maintain onsite and
∙Equipment and facilities management;
∙Delivery runs to banks and court of time sensitive documents;
∙Purchasing and maintaining inventory of office supplies and other sundries;
∙Stocking photocopy and office supply areas;
∙Assists the Office Manager with office moves;
∙Ordering name plates and lettering;
∙Responsible for mail retrieval and distribution;
∙Assists with special projects assigned by local office manager;
∙Assists with keeping office areas clean, neat and tidy; and
∙Additional duties as directed by office manager.
∙College Diploma or equivalent combined with 1 - 2 years’ experience in records management;
∙Excellent communication, spoken and written proficiency in English is a must;
∙A highly motivated team player and the ability to work independently;
∙Strong Microsoft Office skills; word, excel and outlook; and
∙Punctuality, attention to detail coupled with strong organization and time management skills are a must.
