We are looking for an individual who operates at a strategic level but is capable and willing to “get their hands dirty” in the details to ensure the job gets done well.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting into the CEO, the VP Operations brings strategic and tactical operating and financial expertise, business acumen and leadership to the Company. The VP Operations will be intimately involved in the execution of the business plan and as a hands-on leader, with direct reports, they will work closely with members of the Company’s staff to ensure the operations is running effectively in the context of the business plan.
