The Team The Corporate Communications department promotes the brand and protects the reputation of Norton Rose Fulbright Canada. The team supports employee communications and engagement, media relations and social media for the firm, working in alignment with its counterparts abroad its Marketing & Business Development and Digital & Design colleagues here in Canada. Regardless of specific role, all members of the Communications department need to understand, anticipate and address considerations for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and work collaboratively with their colleagues across the team. The Corporate Communications Manager has people management responsibilities and reports to the Corporate Communications Director. The Role The Corporate Communications Manager's primary role is to develop and execute Norton Rose Fulbright's national media strategy and play a supporting role in broader firm communications. As a senior member of and leader on the Communications team, they must think critically and strategically; earn trust and exert influence; show excellent judgment; and navigate the organization effectively.
