The Team The Corporate Communications department promotes and protects the Norton Rose Fulbright Canada brand. The team supports employee communications and engagement, media relations and social media, working in alignment with its counterparts in Marketing & Business Development and Digital & Design. The Corporate Communications Advisor will report to the Corporate Communications Manager. Regardless of specific role, all members of the Communications department need to understand, anticipate and address considerations for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and work collaboratively with their colleagues across the team. The Role The Corporate Communications Senior Advisor primarily leads external communications with a focus on social media. It also provides support to national efforts and works closely with Communications colleagues across the country. The Corporate Communications Advisor leads strong content strategy and delivery for all of the Canadian NRF social media channels, ensuring content is relevant and valuable within all channels. This position is a mix of content production, strategy and copywriting with little oversight and involves representing the organization, influencing senior stakeholders and audiences and deploying strategic initiatives. Developing and maintaining the social media content strategy and standards for tone and voice of our properties and channels is also crucial while establishing best practices, establishing templates, social media training for firm members, and implementing editorial calendars.
