About the Position:
Timbercreek is currently seeking a Corporate & Compliance Law Clerk who will be responsible for assisting the Legal group with ongoing corporate legal, secretarial and compliance matters, transactional support, and governance matters. The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate secretarial matters and the regulatory and compliance obligations of a registered portfolio manager and investment fund manager, be highly organized with an attention to detail, and be able to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
