We are looking for a Paralegal that will support the different business units of Keurig Canada. The person will report to the Vice President, General Counsel.

Responsibilities

  • Support different business units by being involved in various general, corporate and commercial matters such as manufacturing, purchasing and distribution;
  • Assist with the preparation and amendment of correspondence and corporate/commercial documents;
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand and explain basic legal principles and contractual arrangements to business people

Qualifications

  • DEC in Paralegal Studies or equivalent academic experience;
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in corporate or commercial law environment, either in-house or in a law  firm;
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
