The person in this position supports the organization's President and Board of Directors through the coordination of decision-making meeting activities, and provides support for certain representational activities.

General Information on the Position

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and follow-up on the meetings of the organization's decision-making bodies. Monitor the decision-making process, ensure it runs smoothly and bring forward any issues.
  • Coordinate the organization's meetings and represent the Secretariat General in the general meeting planning team.
  • Follow up with legal affairs concerning the legal aspect of activities for which he/she is responsible.
  • Conduct corporate monitoring of entities under his/her responsibility, update regulations and ensure the production and adoption of yearly financial statements.
  • Support, advise and assist the President in maintaining long-term relationships with various associations and government agencies. Coordinate representational activities with various associations and institutional partners and monitor activities relating to government affairs.
  • Develop annual planning of events involving directors, prepare and monitor a consolidated meeting schedule, bring forward issues and make recommendations.
  • Prepare files for various decision-making bodies in connection with responsibilities.
  • Recommend and develop improvements to current processes, tools and institutional policies.​​
