SUMMARY:

Assists the professionals of the service in their administrative functions, and this, by the execution of tasks connected from near or far to the secretariat.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform all secretarial tasks, such as agenda management, typing and formatting of documents, report preparation, call and correspondence management and administrative organization.
  • Be responsible for the opening, closing, arranging and filing of files as well as follow-ups and reminders (including maturity tables).
  • Coordinate certain meetings and prepare documentation for them.
  • Respond to inquiries from different departments and external sources.
  • Ensure the transmission of relevant information relating to transactions to the persons or services concerned (property management service, finance department, insurance department, etc.).
  • Ensure the tracking and payment of the fee and accounts payable accounts.
  • Help maintain and update the models used by the company.
  • Conduct research and consultation on various websites.
  • Perform any other duties, assume any other responsibilities that service professionals may assign to him or her and provide support to other members of the team.
  • Collaborate with members of various corporate departments, senior management, stores, distribution centers, private practice professionals, government representatives, representatives of funders, suppliers and business partners.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

  • DEP in secretariat or equivalent
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Essential bilingualism (spoken and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of Office Suite software
  • Good sense of organization
