REAL ESTATE CLIENT/TRANSACTION COORDINATOR

As the ideal candidate you possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a Transaction Support / Coordinator role for a large-scale real estate development company. You have proven skills in the providing support to senior managers and a busy sales office. You possess all the core competencies to perform this role as well as being able to multi-task and manage your time effectively.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee all administrative aspects of the transactions from initial contract to executed purchase agreement.
  • Oversee all administrative aspects of the landlord's rental transaction from initial lease
  • Provide proactive weekly feedback to management team and the internal marketing team regarding all post sales and post closing activities  
  • Input necessary sales related information in the company database
  • Submittal of necessary documentation to sales, marketing, and management teams
  • Input all necessary information into client database and transactions management systems.
  • Coordinate all aspects of company residential sales and leasing transactions from executed purchase agreement or leasing agreement to closing
  • Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes
  • Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs and coordinate completion of repairs
  • Regularly update and maintain communications with clients, tenants' agents, title officers, lenders, notary etc.
  • Coordinate inspections, moving / possession schedules between the client and the construction team
  • Schedule, coordinate closing process
  • Input all client information into client database system

Criteria

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in fast moving environment.
  • CEGEP diploma/certificate or postsecondary education.
  •  Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in French and English.
  • Motivated, resourceful, autonomous and able to work under pressure while respecting established deadlines.
  • Attentive to details combined with the ability to multi task.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Teamwork oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Places great importance on the confidentiality aspect of this position.
