As the Real Estate Law Clerk, you will support real estate transactions from file opening through closing while working closely with clients and other professionals. Manage residential real estate files throughout the transaction process. Prepare and review transaction and closing documents. Conduct title and related property searches and organize findings. Gather and maintain accurate information required for transactions. Prepare correspondence and documentation for clients and other parties. Communicate with clients and provide updates throughout their matters. Track deadlines and ensure files are complete and organized. Support the legal team with day-to-day transaction requirements. What you bring to the job 2+ years of relevant legal support experience Experience with residential real estate transactions Fluency in French and English, written and spoken Knowledge of Quebec real estate processes Experience working with private lenders Familiarity with real estate software and related systems Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong organization and time-management skills Excellent communication and client-service skills Ability to manage multiple files and priorities Qualified job seekers are asked to apply.
