Job summary
We are seeking Family Law Clerk with 3+ years of experience supporting complex family law files, including drafting pleadings and legal documents, preparing financial statements, affidavits, orders and continuing records, and handling court filings and service. Responsibilities Manage and support a busy senior lawyer with a large family law practice. Prepare financial statements, affidavits, orders, continuing records, pleadings and agreements. Serve materials and file documents through court portals. Maintain accurate, confidential files and meet deadlines independently. Qualifications 3+ years of family law clerk experience. Law Clerk program or paralegal certification with family law coursework. Proficiency with DivorceMate, PCLaw, LEAP, DocuSign and Adobe. Strong organization, time management and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Professional demeanour and strong commitment to confidentiality.
