Key Responsibilities Manage 20-30 new LTB files per month Represent landlords in LTB applications, hearings, mediations, and settlements Prepare notices, applications, evidence, and legal documentation Handle matters from intake through resolution and enforcement Advise clients on the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and LTB procedures Maintain organized files and meet all procedural deadlines Requirements 4-5+ years of hands-on LTB experience LTB Paralegal Strong experience with landlord-side LTB matters Knowledge of the RTA and LTB processes Strong advocacy, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills Comfortable working in a high-volume environment

Requirements
Requires a Licensed Paralegal with 4-5+ years of hands-on experience specifically in landlord-side LTB matters. Must possess strong knowledge of the RTA and the ability to work in a high-volume environment.
