Job summary

We are seeking a Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of family law experience to provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to a busy family law practice. This opportunity is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing deadlines, and is committed to delivering exceptional client service while supporting lawyers throughout all stages of family law matters. Responsibilities Prepare, draft, and proofread family law pleadings, correspondence, briefs, and other legal documents. Support lawyers with file management from opening through closing while ensuring deadlines are met. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems and perform accurate data entry. Conduct client intake interviews and gather information relevant to legal matters. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and court-related events. Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and other stakeholders. Maintain and update information in Childview and other legal management systems. Perform general administrative and clerical duties while maintaining strict confidentiality. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of family law experience preferred. Previous experience as a Paralegal in a law firm or legal environment. Strong knowledge of legal document preparation and legal procedures. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Strong drafting, proofreading, and written communication abilities. Experience with Childview and legal data entry is considered an asset. Professional client service, communication, and telephone etiquette. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
