Job summary
Key Responsibilities Manage client intake, onboarding, and file administration. Draft wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, and probate documents. Prepare and file probate applications. Assist with estate administration and probate processes. Coordinate client appointments and communications. Conduct BC Online, title, PPSA, and Vital Statistics searches. Manage digital and physical files, task lists, billing, and retainers. Prepare correspondence, reporting letters, and other legal documents. Coordinate with clients, third parties, couriers, and filing agents. Requirements Legal Assistant or Paralegal Certificate/Diploma preferred. 2+ years of legal administration experience. Experience with estate planning, probate, or estate administration is an asset. Strong organizational, communication, and file-management skills. Knowledge of BC legal procedures and searches is an asset.

Requirements
