Job Title: Operations - Compliance Officer Work Location: MTL-2001 Robert-Bourassa, Montreal(Onsite)
Job Description:-
Has primary responsibility to ensure that a company complies with its outside regulatory and legal requirements as well as internal policies and bylaws. Must have a thorough knowledge of the company and an awareness of where possible regulatory breaches may occur to impact company compliance. Additional job responsibilities may include: developing, implementing and managing an organization's compliance Progam, coordinating and scheduling required compliance training for employees, and coordinating with federal and state regulators. May supervise compliance analysts.
