Overview
TDS is currently seeking a Legal Assistant with Corporate Services. This position will primarily support the efforts of the Corporate Services department, assisting with the preparation, management, and submission of corporate filings.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation and submission of various corporate filings and resolutions Preparation and distribution of monthly invoices Minute book filing of documents. Responding to client inquiries with respect to Annual Returns, Annual Resolutions, and invoices Opening new Corporate Services files Closing Corporate Services files
Preferred Qualifications
Legal Administrative Assistant certificate or diploma Strong written and verbal communication skills Superior organizational, administration and research skills Detail oriented. Mature attitude and deadline-driven.
