Associate, Commercial Law (2+ years)

Our client, an established law firm that has been operating in the business sector for several decades, enjoys a solid reputation and has a well-established client base. The firm is currently seeking an associate lawyer with approximately 2 or more years of relevant experience in commercial law.

On a day-to-day basis, the selected candidate will work on stimulating and diverse files related to various industries, serving a sophisticated clientele.

YOUR ROLE:

• Review, draft, and negotiate various types of contracts;

• Work on diverse mandates related to different industries;

• Be involved in transaction closings;

• Act as an advisor and partner both internally and externally in matters of commercial law.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar with approximately 2 years of relevant experience in commercial law;

• Autonomy, proactivity, and rigor;

• Professionalism, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
