Corporate Services Coordinator - 1 FT
About the role
This position supports SIGA's Board of Directors and the Vice-President of Human Resources & Corporate Relations by coordinating logistics, communication, and information flow.
Coordinating all logistics for Board Members, meetings, and committees. Creating and maintaining thorough and accurate records of Board activities, decisions, expenses, correspondence, and other information as required. Proactively following up to ensure timely response to and completion of agenda or action items. Developing and maintaining strong lines of communication between the Board and its Committees. Coordinating legal and compliance activities. Supporting organizational policy compliance. Preparing and monitoring corporate legal files, such as litigation, labour, employment, estate matters and notice of seizures. Participating in other projects and activities as required.
Successful completion of a two-year Legal Secretary or Paralegal program with supplemental courses in Office/Business Administration. Minimum of five years' directly related experience providing specialized administrative support.

Work Eligibility?

- At least 19 years of age
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming Employee Certificate of Registration from the Saskatchewan Liquor Gaming Authority / Indigenous Gaming Regulators
- You must be legally entitled to work in Canada
