We don't just solve legal problems - we help people navigate them. We are collaborative, innovative, and genuinely invested in the communities we serve.

A confident communicator with clients, lawyers, court staff, and opposing counsel. Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a supportive team environment. Tech-savvy and always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to work. Someone who believes professionalism and kindness belong together. What you'll do
You'll play a key role in supporting Mathews Condo Law by: Preparing, reviewing, and filing court and tribunal documents. Managing and organizing litigation files from opening through resolution. Coordinating service and filing with courts and tribunals. Scheduling discoveries, mediations, hearings, and other litigation events. Monitoring deadlines, limitation periods, and court dates. Helping deliver an exceptional client experience from beginning to end. Your work will directly support the people and condominium communities we serve every day.
Why join us?
Because we're building a law firm where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
A place where collaboration matters more than competition.
Where professional growth is encouraged.
Where mental health isn't just discussed - it's supported.
Where your contributions are recognized, your ideas are welcomed, and your work has real impact.
If you're ready to be part of a firm that's redefining condominium law, we'd love to hear from you.
Location: This is a fully remote position. While our office is located in North York, Ontario, successful candidates will work remotely and must be able to attend occasional meetings or firm events as required.
