Contracts Professional (Level 2)
12-Month Contract (Strong Extension Potential)
Hybrid 2 days in office
We're looking for an experienced Contracts Professional to join a major infrastructure project. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in contract administration, procurement, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement. If you enjoy managing complex contracts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Manage medium- to high-complexity contracts throughout their lifecycle. Monitor supplier performance and ensure contractual obligations are met. Identify contract issues and proactively resolve risks. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams. Support sourcing and procurement activities. Forecast, monitor, and report on contract usage and budgets. Ensure compliance with contract terms, financial controls, and procurement policies. Provide contract management guidance to project teams and business stakeholders. Prepare reports and communicate contract and project status to key stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Economics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). Experience managing contracts in a complex project environment. Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain principles. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Nice to Have Certificate in Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience working in the public sector, utilities, construction, infrastructure, or capital projects.
