Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Corporate M&A Paralegal to support mergers and acquisitions transactions. The role involves assisting with due diligence, document preparation, and compliance tasks related to corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and organize transactional documents, including merger agreements, asset purchase agreements, and ancillary documents. • Conduct due diligence reviews of corporate records, contracts, and legal filings. • Assist with drafting and reviewing closing checklists, transaction memoranda, and other transaction-related materials. • Coordinate with legal teams, corporate counsel, and external advisors on transactional matters. • Maintain and update corporate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience drafting and reviewing corporate transaction documents. • Proficiency in legal document management and compliance tracking. • Familiarity with due diligence processes in mergers and acquisitions. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple transactional deadlines. • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
