      • Lundi / Monday 10:00:00 AM - 12:50:00 PM Requirements: La Section de common law veut recruter des professeur(e)s à temps partiel qui sont des leaders dans la profession juridique. Pour ce cours, un LL.B. ou un J.D. (ou son equivalent) est nécessaire. Le candidat ou la candidate doit aussi être membre en bonne et due forme du Barreau de l’Ontario (ou son équivalent). Il ou elle doit aussi avoir une expérience significative dans la pratique du droit corporatif. Une expérience antérieure en enseignement au niveau universitaire est un atout. À sa discrétion, la Section de common law se réserve le droit de sélectionner un(e) postulant(e) ne répondant pas entièrement aux critères de l’affichage si sa sélection serait dans l’intérêt du programme, du cours ou des étudiants ou pour toute autre justification connexe.
