Senior Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer (8+ Years)

About The Opportunity
Our client, a well-established and growing law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Lawyer to join its Personal Injury Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator looking to take on a senior role within a collaborative and supportive environment that values initiative, teamwork, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a broad range of personal injury litigation matters from file opening through settlement, trial, and/or LAT hearings. Handle all aspects of file and case management, including liability, financial, and medical investigations. Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, mediation briefs, and other litigation documents. Prepare and attend discoveries, mediations, motions, hearings, and trials. Provide strategic legal advice and practical guidance to clients throughout the claims and litigation process. Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring files progress efficiently and within deadlines. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff to achieve successful outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years of post-call litigation experience. Significant experience in Personal Injury Litigation. Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Strong advocacy, negotiation, drafting, and organizational skills. Excellent client relationship management and communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
