What is this role about?
The role provides legal guidance, reviews contracts, and advises internal stakeholders to ensure day-to-day transactions comply with laws and minimize legal risks.
What will YOU do?
Advise transactions for compliance by reviewing documents Review transactions for compliance by reviewing documents/transactions Calculate risks to avoid penalties/losses by reviewing documents/transactions Clarify laws for compliance by writing opinion/legal advice Defend company to protect interest of company Inform stakeholders to provide updates on existing and new laws and regulations Support and assist with permit acquisition
What will YOU need?
Bachelor's Degree holder in Legal Management, Political Science, or other related courses With at least 2-3 years in handling legal documents, drafting and managing contracts Must be willing to do fieldwork as needed
