Role Description This is a part-time Immigration Paralegal role in a hybrid work arrangement based in Toronto, ON, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Immigration Paralegal will assist with preparing and organizing immigration applications, forms, and legal documents, including those related to visas and permanent residence. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal and factual research, maintaining client files, tracking case timelines, and communicating with clients to gather required information and documentation. The role also involves coordinating with supervising immigration professionals, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and keeping up-to-date with changes in Canadian immigration policies and procedures.

Qualifications Strong foundation in Law and Immigration Law relevant to Canadian regulations. Minimum three years of experiences in handling complex and complete immigration cases. Knowledge of Immigration Issues and practical experience with Visas and related processes. Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including forms, supporting documents, and case files. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Comfort using legal and immigration case management software and standard office productivity tools. Post-secondary education in paralegal studies, law, or a related field; immigration-focused training or certification is an asset.
