Handle personal injury, class action, and civil litigation files from opening to closing Draft and review correspondence, pleadings, and notices Schedule appointments, trials, case planning conferences, and other legal proceedings Assign tasks to legal assistants and schedulers as necessary Maintain file organization, bring forward system, and court diary

Requirements Requirements Qualifications:

Strong working knowledge of court rules and procedures Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and legal document preparation Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team High level of accuracy and attention to detail Must be a licensed paralegal
