We are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Litigation Lawyer with 3+ years’ experience to join our Commercial Litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to continue building their practice while working alongside experienced litigators on a broad range of complex and challenging matters, including shareholder disputes, contract and business disputes, land development, debtor/creditor matters, and general counsel work. As a member of our team, you will gain meaningful hands-on experience, direct client contact, and opportunities to appear before various levels of court and tribunals. About you: · You have 3+ years of civil litigation experience · Called to the BC Bar and in good standing with the Law Society of BC · Committed to providing exceptional client service that consistently meets and exceeds expectations · Ability to manage files independently while working collaboratively within a team environment · You have a high attention to detail and are analytical · Proven track record in a similar role would be considered an asset · You want to grow professionally and establish a book of business
