We are seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant on behalf of a well-established law firm located in downtown Vancouver.

Responsibilities: Organizing files and managing an up-to-date BF system Preparing documents and correspondence Managing calendars Scheduling meetings and other important events as required Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on file progress as required Other related duties from time to time

Requirements: A minimum of 2+ years of litigation legal administrative assistant experience. Legal Administrative Assistant certificate from a recognized institution Familiarity with BC and Federal Court Rules and procedures Robust computer skills and typing speed Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and time-management skills
