Position: Legal Assistant Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid) Salary: $55,000-$80,000 Job Type: Permanent Posting Type: Open vacancy An exciting opportunity is available with one of Toronto's leading full-service law firms, which is actively hiring Legal Assistants across multiple practice groups. The firm is seeking Legal Assistants with varying levels of experience who have built a strong foundation supporting lawyers in a professional law firm environment. While candidates may come from a variety of legal practice areas, strong legal support skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach are the qualities that matter most. Rather than hiring for a single practice group, successful candidates will be considered for the team that best aligns with their experience, strengths, and long-term career goals.
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of Legal Assistant or Legal Administrative Assistant experience
- Experience supporting lawyers within a law firm environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive approach and commitment to delivering exceptional client service
