Senior Program Manager - Onsite The Senior Program Manager’s mandate is to ensure complete customer satisfaction while protecting Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions’ interests by delivering exceptional support to existing and future programs. As a Senior Program Manager on this team, you will be responsible for managing and executing multiple programs across multiple sites to reach this goal. The incumbent will also be responsible for the execution of non-recurring engineering (NRE) programs and contract management of complex program contracts and agreements. Location: Ottawa, ON Salary Range: $119,500 - $159,300 plus bonus opportunity Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We Take Care of Our People: Paid Time Off I RRSP with Employer Match I Health and Wellness Benefits I Learning and Development Opportunities I Competitive Pay I Referral Program I Recognition I Employee Stock Purchase Plan I Inclusive & Supportive Culture * Your Challenge: Act as Curtiss-Wright’s representative with the customer which includes leading all meetings during contract performance, maintaining actions and meeting notes Work closely with functional management to realize program objectives and ensure commitments are met Support and direct Curtiss-Wright teams for existing fresh lot orders, repairs, returns, product recalls and other activities Provide weekly and quarterly status reports on the health of gold-status customers, identifying issues and risks affecting both the customer and Curtiss-Wright Participate in the pre-contract award phases of assigned programs, including estimating level of effort (LOE) involved with SDRL submissions and post proposal implementation Ensure terms, conditions and scope of work are communicated and fully understood by all parties involved within Curtiss-Wright and the Customer once a project is authorized Identify, assess, mitigate and monitor potential risks to the project Be familiar with all engineering activities required for all phases of design, development, qualification testing and manufacturing/production Communicate project plans, schedules and risks with internal and external customers Support trade-off decisions regarding scope, schedule and cost to maximize return for Curtiss-Wright while ensuring customer satisfaction Support the internal project team as necessary Other duties as assigned What you Bring: A degree in Business Administration or related field is preferable Use of Microsoft products and other tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Business suite of products, Adobe, Kiteworks and SAP 10-12 years of business experience in the field of Program Management and/or Contract Negotiation and Administration within the Aerospace/Military environment. Good knowledge of contract law and ITAR is a benefit Knowledge and practice of principle-based negotiations Diversified team player with a strong customer orientation, including a win-win philosophy in dealing with customers Operates with minimal supervision dealing on a day-to-day basis with the executive, peers, sales force, and customers Who We Are: Our Values Environmental, Social and Governance At our world-class manufacturing and design facility in Ottawa, Ontario, we manufacture rugged products optimized for high-mix, high quality and small batch sizes typical of military requirements.
