Estates Law Clerk - Corporate and Commercial Group

• Prepare corporate documentation to implement corporate / tax organizations;
• Review and prepare estate accounts;
• Prepare court documents in support of estate matters including contested passing's of accounts application for advice and direction, guardianship applications, variations of trust, etc.
• Keeps abreast of any changes in specialty are and is quickly able to adapt procedures to meet requirements;
• Performs other duties as may be assigned and or required from time to time.

• 3-5 years' experience in Estate Law;
• Strong computer skills using MS Office (Excel and Word), Windup, PCLaw and Estateably;
• Ability to work effectively independently under minimal supervision as well as part of a team with lawyers, law clerks and clients;
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities with strong attention to details;
• Exceptional attitude and work ethic;
• Willingness to assist others voluntarily or as requested in a team environment;
• Enjoy working in a large office and team environment;
• Willingness and ability to support and enhance firm's presence and goals.
