An overview of your future role at BBA

Join BBA and make the most of your skills by working closely with the Director, Legal Affairs, and the team. You'll provide technical and administrative support, draft and verify contractual agreements and help manage work permits related to immigration and foreign assignments.

An overview of your mandates and responsibilities

  • Prepare and review a variety of documents, including contractual agreements.
  • Produce insurance certificates for corporate operations.
  • Help manage external consultants, namely for contract preparation and follow-up.
  • Support the HR team in a variety of tasks, including managing work permits and visas for new hires and employee assignments abroad.
  • Help manage the internal mobility process for employees on international assignments.
  • Perform all other related tasks.

Overview of job requirements

  • Diploma in paralegal studies or a related field
  • Excellent command of the MS Office Suite and ability to use other software and computer platforms
  • Ability to handle several files simultaneouslyProficient in English and French, both spoken and written, as the position is intended to support the firm's Canadian and international operations
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Organized and ability to work on a team
  • Initiative, autonomy and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Asset: Knowledge of Spanish for our Chilean operations.
