Rejoignez notre organisation des droits de propriété intellectuelle (DPI) chez Ericsson en tant qu'assistant(e) en brevets/parajuriste. Ce rôle est une occasion incroyable pour les personnes motivées de soutenir nos professionnels des brevets dans l'aspect administratif de la gestion du portefeuille de brevets. En tant qu'assistant(e) en brevets/parajuriste au sein de notre équipe, vous jouerez un rôle clé en veillant à ce que les politiques internes d'Ericsson et toutes les lois pertinentes sur les brevets soient respectées tout au long du processus de demande et de poursuite de brevet.

Ce que vous ferez :
• Gérer et déposer efficacement des demandes de brevet, soit directement, soit en assurant la liaison avec des conseillers externes.
• Soutenir le traitement d'une demande de brevet en assumant les responsabilités administratives connexes.
• Effectuer les tâches administratives quotidiennes associées à la maintenance du portefeuille de brevets.
• Superviser les aspects financiers liés aux brevets et à la propriété intellectuelle.
• Déposer des demandes de brevet, directement ou par l'intermédiaire d'un avocat externe, sous supervision.

Les compétences que vous apportez :
• Au moins 5 ans de connaissances et de compétences pratiques acquises dans le cadre d'une formation formelle ou d'une expérience de travail en tant que parajuriste professionnel.
• Expérience antérieure en tant que parajuriste en brevets ou formation en propriété intellectuelle et en processus de brevets (règles et procédures en matière de brevets aux États-Unis et au PCT).
• Diplôme de quatre ans ou l'équivalent, de préférence.
• Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale
• Expérience en gestion de la propriété intellectuelle.
• Compréhension de l'application de brevet de dépôt (1er dépôt et dépôt ultérieur).

Join our Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) organization at Ericsson as a Patent Assistant/Paralegal. This role is an incredible opportunity for motivated individuals to support our patent professionals with the administrative aspect of patent portfolio management. As a Patent Assistant/Paralegal in our team, you'll play a key role in ensuring Ericsson's internal policies and all relevant patent laws are upheld throughout the patent application and prosecution process.

What you will do:

  • Manage and efficiently file patent applications, either directly or through liaising with external counsel.

  • Support the prosecution of a patent application by handling the related administrative responsibilities.

  • Carry out daily administrative tasks associated with maintaining the patent portfolio.

  • Oversee financial aspects related to patent and intellectual property.

  • File patent applications, directly or via outside counsel, under supervision.

The skills you bring:

  • At least 5 years of working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or work experience as Paralegal professional.

  • Previous experience as a Patent Paralegal or a background in Intellectual Property and Patent process (U.S. and PCT patent rules and procedures).

  • Four-year degree or equivalent preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Intellectual Property Management experience.

  • Understanding of File Patent App. (1st and Further Filing).
