The Law Clerk will prepare and review lien registration documents and manage complex, multi-party construction files. They will also assist with the litigation process, including drafting pleadings, coordinating examinations, and preparing cost outlines.

The paralegal will manage ICBC files by drafting legal documents, monitoring limitation dates, and preparing for chambers and trials. They are also responsible for summarizing medical records, conducting legal research, and maintaining efficient administrative processes for the legal team.
