What You’ll Do

We are committed to providing the highest level of client service at all stages of the buying, selling and/or refinancing process. The Real Estate Administrator keeps things running smoothly for our Real Estate practice while providing administrative support. They work collaboratively across the department to ensure all requests are completed as efficiently as possible. You will:

  • Complete day-to-day administrative duties including but not limited to opening and closing files, land title searches, municipal tax searches, billing, follow-up on ongoing files, and arranging couriers
  • Help manage the intake of documents for ongoing files through our software platform
  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence in an efficient manner including the preparation of reporting letters to both lenders and clients, realtors, and completing final reporting packages
  • Ensure team members have all relevant information for their files as quickly as possible
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide additional assistance on files as necessary
