As a Legal affairs office work and operations agent, you provide administrative and operational support to the organization. You strive to maximize operational productivity. This may include working in one or more sub-specialties, such as data entry, data processing, and verification of database data integrity.
You perform administrative and follow-up tasks to support your unit's day-to-day operations and help it meet operational objectives and carry out initiatives in accordance with the detailed directives in place. The ability to drive results is therefore essential.
You help process information and solve simple, everyday issues, tailoring your approach as needed. You respond to administrative and operational questions.
General Information on the Position
Help carry out the unit's operational and administrative processes.
Help perform analysis and produce reports and statistics.
Perform administrative tasks, including data collection, entry, modification, compilation and coding. Coordinate the unit's activities.
Provide information about the procedures and processes in your field.
Help prepare presentations and other related documents.
Serve as resource person for administrative and operational matters.
Other working condition
College diploma in a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience
Experience in the legal field
