Our Legal and Regulatory teams advance and help develop Bell’s corporate, legal and regulatory strategies by providing strategic advice and legal counsel, protecting Bell’s interests, and liaising with regulatory and government agencies.
The Corporate Secretary’s Office (CSO) is responsible for the corporate governance of BCE and its subsidiaries, including all matters relating to the BCE and Bell boards of directors and committees, the BCE shareholder meetings, the corporate records, and the organizational structure of the BCE group of companies.
Reporting to the Assistant Corporate Secretary, the successful candidate will:
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
